J. Randall Keiser Jr. is an experienced personal injury lawyer who has successfully represented clients in various litigation matters including premises liability actions, motor vehicle accidents, municipal claims, and underinsured motorists claims. Randy has successfully litigated countless personal injury disputes involving municipalities, supermarkets, school districts, auto accidents, construction accidents, and other civil matters. His expertise allows him to guide clients from the initial investigation of accidents through the conclusion of litigation.
Randy began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Correale F. Stevens of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Prior to joining Hof & Reid, Randy practiced as an associate attorney at Fowler Hirtzel McNulty & Spaulding, LLP in Allentown.
A graduate of Wilkes University, Randy earned a Bachelor of Arts as a double major in Political Science and Criminology. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he earned the distinction of ranking amongst the top 30 percent in his graduating class. While attending law school, he was the recipient of the CALI Award of Excellence, Workers’ Compensation and served as Vice President of the Labor and Employment Law Association. While at Penn State, Randy also participated in the Civil Rights Appellate Clinic, wherein he worked collaboratively with members of the Clinic in the drafting of and submission of an amicus curiae brief on behalf of the National Urban League and NAACP in an employment discrimination case.
Randy is licensed to practice in all Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He also retains active memberships with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Bar Association of Lehigh County, and the Northampton County Bar Association. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice, the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, and the Judge Donald E. Wieand Barristers’ Inn of Court.
Away from the courtroom, Randy enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is an avid concertgoer, enjoys running and rooting on his favorite sports teams, which include the Pittsburgh Penguins, the Washington Commanders and Penn State.
