Car accident leads to 2 injuries, possible DUI charge

Two women recently suffered injuries in a Pennsylvania automobile crash. The car accident took place early in the morning on a Sunday. Only one vehicle was involved in the motor vehicle collision.

The collision occurred at around 2:40 a.m. According to police, a woman, 18, was driving a car and suddenly lost control of the motor vehicle. The car then ran off the road and hit a tree.

Both the driver and her passenger, another 18-year-old woman, were hurt as a result of the collision and were transported to the hospital. Police said they thought the driver was intoxicated at the time of the collision. A drunk driving charge was pending the completion of the police’s investigation into the collision.
